Donald Marine is owned and operated by Tim Donald, an ABYC Certified Master Marine Technician with certifications in Marine Electrical Systems, Marine Corrosion, and Diesel Engines. After receiving an A.S. Degree in Marine Propulsion Technology from Florida Keys Community College, Donald Marine emerged in 1999. Offering services from basic electrical installations, to challenging corrosion surveys, to complete restorations, every project is completed with reference to the current ABYC standards to ensure safety as well as reliability.
Donald Marine is mobile with the ability to provide on location services. The custom built mobile shop includes complete plumbing and electrical systems. The electrical system features a rooftop solar panel array for battery charging. The system was designed to provide energy to run a sewing machine for canvas work but, provides enough energy to run most power tools and refrigeration for keeping lunch cool! |
